Prime Garage Doors provides professional garage door services including, but not limited to:

• Spring replacement (torsion and extension)
• Garage door opener installation and repair
• New garage door installation
• Cable and track repair
• Emergency garage door services
• Commercial garage door services

Service Area

Our services are available in Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding areas including Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Greenwood, Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg, and other communities within approximately 30 miles of our location.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are provided as estimates and may vary based on actual conditions found during service.
• Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Check, Financing Available.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with the following warranty coverage:

• Labor Warranty: All labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service.
• Parts Warranty: Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by product.
• New Door Installation: New garage door installations include manufacturer warranties plus our installation guarantee.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or acts of nature.

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability.
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling when possible.
• Emergency services are available 24/7 and may be subject to after-hours rates.
• We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window.

Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your garage door issues
• Ensure safe access to the work area
• Remove vehicles and obstacles from the garage before service
• Be present or have an authorized adult present during service
• Inform us of any known safety hazards on the property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Garage Doors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Insurance and Licensing

Prime Garage Doors is fully licensed and insured. We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage to protect both our customers and our technicians.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Prime Garage Doors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Indiana in accordance with applicable state laws.
